My name is Steph, and Maia Therapies is my small independent business. I specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal massage as well as C-section scar massage, but also offer general holistic treatments too. 

My unique background and training allow me to provide specialised and tailored experiences. Alongside running Maia Therapies I am a Midwife working within the NHS! My combined knowledge and experience allows me to create unique deeply relaxing experiences supported with a wealth of knowledge and appreciation of the need to support physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
